Job Overview
As a key customer-facing role, the Customer Service Executive provides operational and administrative support to PCG clients in collaboration with internal teams. The position demands strong communication, attention to process controls, and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve client inquiries with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
* Ensure full compliance with FAB policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards
* Review and maintain process controls and SOP documentation as required
* Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver seamless service to PCG clients
* Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard customer documents and records
* Educate clients on banking services and self-service options to improve their experience
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements
* Handle customer support across channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions
* Prepare reports on service metrics and client interactions for internal review
* Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve customer service delivery
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in client service or operations roles
* Solid understanding of banking procedures and operational risk controls
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage client queries under pressure and maintain service quality
* Proficient in handling confidential information and documentation
* Strong organizational and reporting abilities
