Role Context

This position is responsible for serving Islamic banking customers in a professional and customer-centric manner while supporting branch leadership in day-to-day operations. The selected professional will manage customer requests, ensure error-free transactions, generate sales leads, and improve branch service efficiency through strong customer engagement and digital banking support.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist Islamic banking customers with a professional and customer-focused service approach
* Support the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager in daily branch operations and service delivery
* Process customer transactions accurately and within required timelines while maintaining zero-error standards
* Ensure all branch transactions, documentation, and follow-up activities are completed efficiently and correctly
* Encourage customers to use digital banking platforms and educate them on mobile app usage and self-service channels
* Receive and process customer requests within predefined service timelines and operational standards
* Generate leads and referrals from walk-in customers for banking products and services
* Respond promptly to customer and operations-related queries received through branch and other service channels
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, banking policies, and operational procedures
* Ensure customers are served within the average service time target of 20 minutes
* Engage with waiting customers proactively and maintain a positive branch experience
* Ensure proper record control and secure maintenance of customer documents, signed agreements, and branch records
* Follow FAB guidelines and standard operating procedures for all branch processes and controls
* Support implementation of branch change initiatives and service improvement activities
* Work closely with branch leadership to achieve assigned targets and customer satisfaction goals

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
* Strong familiarity with bank products, branch operations, and customer service procedures
* Good understanding of Islamic banking products and branch service expectations is preferred
* Strong transaction handling accuracy and documentation discipline
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment while maintaining service quality
* Strong attention to detail and compliance with internal policies and procedures
