Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist roles in Dubai hospitals focus on diagnosing and managing ear, nose, and throat disorders affecting infants, children, and adolescents. Allocation Assist Middle East is recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist to support a leading healthcare institution in Dubai, delivering specialized pediatric otolaryngology care and improving outcomes for children with hearing, airway, and speech-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed evaluations of pediatric patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat conditions
* Diagnose and manage disorders such as recurrent ear infections, tonsillitis, hearing impairment, sinus conditions, and airway problems in children
* Develop individualized treatment plans including medical therapy and surgical intervention when required
* Perform pediatric ENT procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and other corrective surgeries
* Provide expert consultation to pediatricians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams on complex pediatric ENT cases
* Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans to support long-term pediatric health and recovery
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow hospital clinical governance standards
* Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and rehabilitation specialists to support integrated pediatric care
Ideal Profile
* Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology
* Subspecialty expertise or fellowship training in Pediatric ENT or Pediatric Otolaryngology
* Board certification in ENT such as American Board, FRCS, or equivalent recognized qualification
* Minimum five years of post-specialization experience in pediatric ENT practice
* Eligibility for consultant licensing with Dubai healthcare regulatory authorities
* Strong clinical and surgical skills in pediatric otolaryngology
* Excellent communication skills with a patient and family centered approach
