This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers within the branch, ensuring smooth onboarding, transaction processing, and service support. * High school diploma or degree in business, finance, or related discipline
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking, customer service, or sales roles
* Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
* Experience in handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
