Role Context
This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers within the branch, ensuring smooth onboarding, transaction processing, and service support. It plays a key role in balancing customer experience with sales contribution while maintaining strict compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and timely customer service across account opening, product onboarding, and service requests
* Promote and cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, and liability accounts
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
* Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, and proactive engagement
* Achieve service KPIs including NPS, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
* Process account opening forms and financial applications with accuracy and compliance
* Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal policy requirements
* Educate customers on digital banking channels and self-service options
* Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty
* Support branch sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or degree in business, finance, or related discipline
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in banking, customer service, or sales roles
* Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
* Experience in handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
