Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative Call Center - Abu Dhabi UAE is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining service excellence in alignment with FAB’s standards. The role also contributes to lead generation and cross-selling of bank products, while maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information on bank products and services
* Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues according to defined protocols
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
* Maintain detailed call records and update customer service requests and notes
* Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and call quality
* Contribute to business growth by generating leads and upselling FAB products
* Follow all policies related to customer data protection and service delivery
* Support operational coverage by adapting to shift changes and unplanned floor requirements
* Ensure punctuality and adherence to internal policies and professional conduct
* Participate in special assignments or tasks as delegated by supervisors or team leads

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
* 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector
* Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality
* Proficiency in documenting call outcomes and handling CRM systems
* Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
* Willingness to work flexible hours and scheduled shifts
