Call Center Customer Service Agent - Abu Dhabi UAE

Job Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring Call Center Customer Service Agents for its contact center operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates with strong communication skills in English and Arabic. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing product support while maintaining the bank’s service standards and data confidentiality.

Job Overview
The Call Center Customer Service Agent - Abu Dhabi UAE will serve as the first point of contact for customers by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality service experience. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and provide product and service information according to FAB guidelines
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as per process
* Update customer history and maintain accurate service records
* Recommend relevant products based on customer needs and interactions
* Achieve service-level targets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer data and financial information
* Contribute to lead generation and upselling opportunities for FAB products
* Follow operational procedures and demonstrate punctuality and discipline
* Adapt to scheduled or emergency shift changes based on contact center needs
* Assist with special tasks or assignments as directed by team leaders or managers

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree is a plus
* 0 to 2 years of experience in a banking or customer service environment
* Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a call center setting
* Strong listening, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* Professional, customer-focused, and able to build rapport quickly
* Willingness to work flexible shifts and support operational service levels
