The Data Governance Project Lead will drive the successful implementation of enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, ensuring that frameworks, tools, and standards are integrated into core banking operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide subject matter expertise in data governance and management framework implementation

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Minimum 12 years of experience in Data Governance and Management within banking or financial services
* Deep knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks such as DAMA
* Proven ability to manage budgets, execution plans, and complex project lifecycles
* Experience delivering large-scale data projects with at least 2–3 full production go-lives
* Proficient in tools such as Informatica EDC, DEQ, AXON or similar platforms
* Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
* Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to enterprise data alignment
