* Monitor agent activity to ensure productivity and minimize idle time
* Track and validate dialer data, ensuring accuracy in reporting systems
* Develop reports and dashboards for real-time and historical performance analysis
* Identify and resolve system issues in coordination with IT and telephony teams
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Support implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational strategies and improve outcomes
