Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of Digital Branch Solutions, from requirements gathering to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements for Digital Branch, Multifunction Kiosk, and ATM Solutions
- Ensure seamless integration between business operations and IT systems
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while adhering to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management are incorporated into project execution
- Conduct testing, system validation, and user acceptance testing before deployment
- Engage and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers for solution implementation
- Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in Digital Branch, Multifunction Kiosk, and ATM Solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience in financial services, banking technology, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring smooth implementation of digital solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and IT governance in banking
- Hands-on experience in implementing Digital Branch, Kiosk, and ATM solutions is a plus
