Key Responsibilities
* Identify growth opportunities and technology solutions across core asset management systems, data platforms, and digital operations.
* Develop the technology, digital, and data strategy roadmap for FAB Asset Management and ensure practical implementation.
* Act as a digital change agent by advising leadership on technology trends, data opportunities, and innovation priorities.
* Develop and maintain IT and data policies, procedures, governance standards, and operating frameworks.
* Lead improvement of asset management technology infrastructure, including portfolio management systems and digital operating platforms.
* Support implementation of enterprise architecture, data platforms, analytics tools, and advanced digital solutions.
* Evaluate new technologies such as asset pooling, tokenization, enterprise analytics, artificial intelligence, and client reporting platforms.
* Improve operations by leveraging technology, automation, data quality controls, and digital process enhancements.
* Operationalize and optimize FAB Asset Management’s technology and data infrastructure.
* Deliver on business KPIs, digital adoption targets, data adoption goals, and technology transformation milestones.
* Collaborate with business lines, technology partners, data teams, analytics teams, operations, compliance, and senior stakeholders.
* Support data governance, data quality, reporting accuracy, and stronger use of information across asset management functions.
* Ensure technology initiatives remain aligned with regulatory standards, internal frameworks, and customer experience expectations.
* Monitor digital platform performance and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, control, and efficiency.
* Stay updated on asset management technology trends, regulatory developments, and digital tools relevant to investment management.
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years of experience in digital technology, asset management systems, enterprise analytics, data platforms, or technology strategy.
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, data platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital tools required for asset management operations.
* Experience with portfolio management systems, digital platform operations, data governance, reporting tools, analytics, or automation.
* Understanding of asset management business processes, investment operations, client reporting, and data management requirements.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies such as asset pooling, tokenization, AI, enterprise analytics, and advanced digital applications is an advantage.
* Ability to translate business goals into clear technology, data, and digital implementation plans.
* Strong stakeholder management skills for working with business leaders, technology teams, data specialists, compliance, operations, and external partners.
* Good understanding of regulatory expectations, governance standards, data quality, and technology control requirements.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend practical digital solutions.
