FCC Compliance Manager – Banking – Abu Dhabi, UAE will lead assessments, monitoring, and reporting to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and Central Bank requirements. The role requires knowledge of compliance frameworks, strong policy development skills, and proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Conduct structured assessments against compliance guidelines and notices
Track and monitor remediation of identified issues through action plans and dashboards
Support timely preparation and submission of documentation to regulatory authorities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to update compliance processes and procedures
Ensure alignment with financial governance frameworks and standards
Supervise the use of regulatory submission platforms and ensure accuracy in reporting
Lead a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance on requirements and controls
Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and remediation progress
Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry practices in compliance and governance
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
8+ years of compliance or risk management experience in financial services
Familiarity with regional compliance and reporting frameworks
Experience working with submission platforms and reporting systems
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong background in policy development, assessments, and documentation
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
