What You’ll Do
* Lead financial planning and budgeting across FAB Asset Management, covering revenue forecasting, expense planning, and capital allocation
* Monitor and enhance monthly management reporting to provide visibility on financial performance and business KPIs
* Conduct continuous financial analysis to identify synergies, assess underperforming assets, and support performance optimization
* Support capital management, liquidity optimization, and working capital strategies
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic projects with financial goals
* Implement financial governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and efficiency benchmarks
* Support transformation initiatives in finance processes to enhance data accuracy and operational productivity
* Deliver accurate reporting and drive decision-making through financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario planning
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business finance within banking or asset management
* Strong expertise in budgeting, accounting principles, and capital planning
* Sound knowledge of financial governance, compliance regulations, and risk management frameworks
* Proficient in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, and performance tracking
* Excellent collaboration, reporting, and communication skills
