Role Context
This role operates within the Continuous Monitoring function, supporting internal audit by leveraging analytics and automation to detect risks early and improve control effectiveness. It contributes to strengthening financial stability, compliance, and operational resilience across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
* Use data analytics tools and Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques to enhance audit coverage and efficiency
* Design dashboards and automated alerts to monitor control performance and risk indicators
* Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify anomalies, control gaps, and emerging risks
* Perform continuous testing of controls across credit risk, AML, and operational processes
* Monitor transactions and operational activities to detect irregularities
* Support development of continuous monitoring strategies aligned with audit plans
* Maintain audit programs and contribute to audit universe and risk assessments
* Collaborate with business units to promote risk awareness and self-assessment practices
* Act as audit partner to stakeholders, providing advisory on governance and controls
* Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
* Participate in investigations and special reviews as assigned
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
* 3+ years of experience in banking, audit, or risk management
* Experience in internal audit or Big 4 environment preferred
* Knowledge of credit risk, AML, and banking operations
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
