First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an Investment Advisor to support its private banking and key client group by delivering tailored investment strategies and portfolio management services. The role focuses on growing advisory mandates, assets under management (AUM), and revenues while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and FAB’s investment outlook.

What You’ll Do
* Drive business growth by acquiring new advisory clients, mandates, and AUM in UAE, GCC, MENA, and international markets
* Manage investment advisory relationships for private banking clients, delivering customized portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing
* Promote investment opportunities across asset classes in line with FAB’s investment outlook and client needs
* Support business KPIs including revenue generation, fee income, and return on assets
* Source new investment ideas through market research, client feedback, and relationship manager input
* Ensure compliance with FAB policies, procedures, and external regulations at all times
* Contribute to advisory business projects to improve infrastructure, operational workflows, and service delivery
* Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions on investment advisory as needed
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CFA preferred)
* Strong background in investment research, portfolio management, and delivering tailored investment propositions
* Deep knowledge of global markets, economic trends, and asset allocation strategies
* Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships and deliver investment performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (other languages a plus)
* Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and client service orientation
