Role Context
This position serves as the operational backbone of investment processes by ensuring accurate fund administration, compliant trade execution, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The selected professional will maintain strong governance, reporting accuracy, and efficient post-trade operations while supporting the growth and reliability of asset management services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage post-trade activities, fund accounting oversight, and client reporting across investment products
* Maintain data accuracy and operational integrity for funds and discretionary portfolio management services
* Ensure timely and compliant execution of fund administration processes including reconciliations and reporting
* Oversee trading restrictions, trade execution controls, and corporate action processing
* Coordinate with custodians, fund accountants, registrars, brokers, and other external providers for smooth portfolio operations
* Liaise with internal teams including investment, compliance, finance, and operations to support service continuity
* Maintain system updates and data integrity across post-trade platforms and middle office systems
* Support regulatory reporting and financial reporting through data gathering, validation, and formatting
* Manage tax processing, fee calculations, and investment-related reporting requirements
* Continuously improve operational processes through automation, control strengthening, and reduction of manual workarounds
* Maintain full documentation of workflows, exception handling, and governance control points
* Ensure compliance with operational standards and FAB Asset Management service expectations
Ideal Profile
* Strong experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or asset management middle office functions
* Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience in banking, investment operations, or asset management services
* Strong understanding of fund administration, post-trade processing, and DPM operations
* Experience handling corporate actions, reconciliations, tax processing, and fee calculations
* Strong coordination skills with brokers, custodians, registrars, and external service providers
* Good understanding of compliance reporting, financial reporting, and operational governance
* Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and process discipline
