Role Context

This position is responsible for maintaining stable IT operations by supporting end-user devices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications. The selected professional will help improve productivity across teams by delivering responsive IT support and maintaining technology infrastructure aligned with business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth functioning of systems, devices, and infrastructure
* Support setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and applications
* Deliver L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues both on-site and remotely
* Manage user onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and system configuration processes
* Install, configure, update, and maintain IT systems, business applications, and end-user tools
* Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation of IT systems supporting business teams
* Maintain IT security controls, access management, and endpoint compliance in line with internal standards
* Use IT service management tools such as ServiceNow to track incidents, service requests, and resolutions
* Maintain accurate IT asset inventory documentation and lifecycle records
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business lines to align IT support with operational needs
* Support digital adoption targets, business KPIs, and continuous optimization of technology infrastructure
* Stay updated with cybersecurity practices, regulatory requirements, and IT governance standards

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or end-user services
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, endpoints, and basic networking
* Experience using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and access management controls
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high responsiveness to user requests
* Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
