Job Overview
The successful candidate will:
* Lead the implementation, patch upgrades, and SDK customizations on Finastra FCC and TI+ platforms
* Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and technical solutions
* Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Support trade operations and maintain compliance with audit and regulatory guidelines
* Document business requirements, changes, and perform UAT coordination and regression testing
* Provide post-implementation support and user training
Key Responsibilities
* Manage CRs and project delivery in FCC/TI+
* Customize FCC/TICC SDK and perform system localizations
* Lead system migrations and version upgrades across test, production, and DR
* Resolve trade system issues within SLA and support BAU functions
* Work with internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
* Ensure proper documentation and sign-offs from vendors and users
* Conduct impact analysis and change control process management
* Assist with regression and user acceptance testing phases
* Maintain audit and regulatory compliance in all implementations
* Provide user training and post-deployment support
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
* 15+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years in Trade Finance systems
* Extensive experience with Finastra FCC/TI+ platforms
* Proven record of software implementation, SDK customization, and data model management

* Proficiency in software development lifecycle related to Trade Finance
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Effective communication and stakeholder management
* Familiarity with compliance, audit processes, and system documentation best practices
