* Engage in mentoring and shadowing with senior leaders and managers
* Participate in quarterly performance reviews and development planning
* Support business units during rotations with analysis, execution, and reporting
* Present project outcomes and insights to senior management and leadership forums
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related discipline
* High potential graduate or early-career professional with strong motivation to grow into leadership roles
