Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and support ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems
- Ensure IT operations and infrastructure teams deliver high-quality services aligned with business objectives
- Provide support for IT and business project initiatives to ensure smooth implementation
- Maintain compliance with relevant IT standards and policies as agreed with stakeholders
- Implement and adopt cost-effective technology solutions that strengthen business operations
- Plan IT infrastructure capacity based on future business requirements
- Apply strong control measures in infrastructure operations to enhance security and efficiency
- Implement IT security measures across all banking sites in line with defined security baselines
- Monitor IT infrastructure services, proactively preventing potential banking service interruptions
- Manage IT incidents effectively, minimizing impact and conducting root cause analysis
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery plans
- Ensure successful implementation and adherence to IT policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing technical and non-technical training to IT infrastructure team members
- Set and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency
- Manage leave planning and prepare annual performance reports for the IT team
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management
- Strong working knowledge of networking, data communications, and IT security protocols
- Expertise in operating systems, storage, and server management
Preferred Skills and Experience
