Position Overview
The Manager – Public Private Partnerships will join the Commercial and Investment Department at RTA to lead the development of investment systems and strategic partnerships with the private sector. The role ensures effective contract management, financial sustainability, and alignment with RTA’s long-term strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee execution and management of partnership contracts with private sector entities in line with approved investment plans.
* Lead contract negotiations, evaluate risks, and implement corrective action plans for partnership projects.
* Conduct market and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities and design financing options.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial sustainability and strategic goals.
* Supervise bidding processes, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in partnerships, investment management, or project management.
* Proven leadership and negotiation capabilities with strong project management expertise.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and business applications.
