Role Summary
The Mandarin Speaking Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating calls, emails, and chat interactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and service quality standards. The role works closely with contact center teams to identify trends, provide coaching insights, and support performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and evaluate customer interactions including calls, emails, and chats against quality and compliance standards
* Conduct quality assessments for Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customer interactions
* Provide structured feedback, coaching insights, and performance observations to contact center agents
* Identify trends, root causes, and training needs to improve service quality and operational performance
* Prepare detailed quality reports and dashboards for management review
* Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with service excellence goals
* Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, service level agreements, and compliance frameworks
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in quality assurance or contact center operations
* Prior QA experience in banking or contact center environments preferred
* Mandatory fluency in spoken and written Mandarin
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and reporting skills
* High attention to detail with understanding of compliance and quality frameworks
* Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
