Role Context
This role acts as the central authority for performance measurement and attribution within digital marketing operations. It ensures that all paid acquisition efforts are guided by consistent frameworks, accurate data, and clear decision-making processes, enabling scalable and efficient growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage performance measurement frameworks across all paid acquisition channels
* Establish KPI hierarchies, thresholds, and escalation rules for performance tracking
* Lead testing strategies across audiences, creatives, funnels, and user journeys
* Own attribution models including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modelling inputs
* Translate performance insights into actionable decisions such as scaling or pausing campaigns
* Govern tagging structures, UTM frameworks, and data quality standards
* Ensure consistency and integrity of measurement practices across all platforms
* Develop testing prioritisation frameworks and document learning outcomes
* Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to align on data-driven strategies
* Act as internal authority on performance governance and measurement standards
Ideal Profile
* Strong experience in media performance, analytics, or attribution roles
* Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business decisions
* Experience working in banking, fintech, or regulated industries is preferred
* Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and performance optimisation
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and business teams
* Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
