MIS and Pipeline Support Executive - Banking Operations and Reporting
Role Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented MIS and Pipeline Support Executive to assist with operational reporting, pipeline management, and broker reconciliation activities within our banking division in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with experience in banking operations, evaluations processing, and MIS reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining critical trackers, supporting internal governance requirements, and ensuring timely updates to management and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
* Generate and update pipeline reports for management, highlighting case status and team performance
* Track monthly achievements and maintain evaluation records for all brokers
* Reconcile broker invoices, ensuring accuracy in loan documentation, deferrals, and insurance information
* Coordinate with brokers for invoice inquiries and process them through internal systems
* Handle all broker evaluation-related queries and ensure end-to-end tracking
* Manage submission records, status updates, and master trackers for broker leads
* Respond to internal governance invoice requirements and liaise with relevant teams
* Support key risk and control activities including RCSA, BIA, BCP, and KRI reporting
* Prepare control sheets and payment summaries aligned with audit and GIA standards
* Assist onboarding staff with their operational needs and provide relevant updates
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking operations or MIS functions
* Prior exposure to broker reconciliation, invoice processing, and internal evaluations tracking
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
* Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple reporting requirements
* Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with external brokers
* Understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and risk frameworks preferred
