Job Overview
The MIS and Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely reporting across business units. The position involves managing dashboards, validating macro-based reports, and supporting audits through data accuracy, reconciliation, and regulatory review.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and validate MI reports and dashboards using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
* Review and optimize Excel macros used in reporting frameworks
* Ensure compliance with internal audit guidelines and BBG-related standards
* Analyze operational and financial data to generate actionable insights
* Support audit preparedness by validating data quality, completeness, and regulatory adherence
* Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines across reporting cycles
* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in reporting controls and automation
* Communicate findings and issues effectively to business and compliance stakeholders
Governance & Standards
* Maintain clear documentation of all reports and macros for audit readiness
* Ensure all reporting outputs meet internal and external regulatory requirements
* Apply quality control checks across all reporting deliverables
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Finance, or Banking
* 3–5 years of experience in banking or IT organizations, with at least 2 years in an MI or audit-focused role
* Strong MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel with macro/VBA validation
* Understanding of BBG or equivalent regulatory frameworks
* Strong attention to detail and control-focused analytical mindset
* Ability to assess due diligence documentation for compliance standards
* Proven ability to manage workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Clear communication and sound judgment in assessing reporting quality
