Core Duties
* Meet or exceed sales targets for Islamic mortgage products in the assigned area
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate brokers
* Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and field visits to generate leads
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted applications and customer documents
* Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide
product recommendations
* Resolve client issues professionally and escalate only major concerns to the team leader
* Monitor competitor offerings and provide market feedback to improve FAB’s product positioning
* Deliver daily performance reports and sales MIS to management
* Maintain strong internal coordination with branches and support departments
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial product sales
* Knowledge of Islamic mortgage products and UAE market dynamics
* Strong communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language is a plus
* Professional sales certification is an advantage
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
