Role Context
This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer End of Service benefit requests while maintaining strong compliance with internal banking controls and operational standards. The selected professional will help manage indemnity-related requirements, customer documentation, and transaction approvals to support efficient banking operations and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Review customer requests related to End of Service benefit release processing
* Verify documentation accuracy and ensure all required approvals are completed before release
* Coordinate with the Indemnities and Retention team for all related operational requirements
* Ensure transactions are processed in line with internal banking policies and compliance standards
* Monitor customer accounts and validate release eligibility based on bank procedures
* Support timely resolution of pending cases and customer service requests
* Maintain proper records, audit trails, and documentation for all processed transactions
* Assist with reconciliation and reporting related to End of Service benefit releases
* Escalate exceptions, risks, or unusual cases to management for review
* Contribute to process improvements that strengthen operational efficiency and control
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, customer processing, or financial services
* Good understanding of indemnities, retention processes, and customer account handling
* Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in documentation review
* Good communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
* Ability to manage confidential financial information with professionalism
