What You’ll Do
* Review and clear transaction alerts related to trade-based activities
* Log and explain decisions for each alert using internal systems
* Research supporting information from trusted internal and external sources
* Follow monitoring protocols across jurisdictions and regulatory standards
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for all cases handled
* Contribute ideas to improve screening procedures and system performance
* Help implement recommendations from compliance reviews and audits
* Support internal projects related to compliance system upgrades
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in banking, management, finance, or related discipline
* At least 1 year of compliance or monitoring experience in the banking sector
* Basic understanding of AML/CFT and screening frameworks
* Strong communication, documentation, and analysis skills
* Ability to work independently and meet daily review targets
* Comfortable using monitoring tools and databases
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 18:00 GST
