Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking experienced Senior Site Engineers and Site Engineers to support the supervision and execution of building construction projects across Dubai. The roles focus on overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth construction progress
* Monitor site productivity and ensure timely completion of construction activities
* Review engineering drawings and technical documents to guide site execution
* Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and construction standards
* Maintain adherence to health and safety policies and site regulations
* Prepare site progress reports and communicate project updates to project management teams
* Resolve site-related technical issues and support construction coordination among disciplines
* Assist with inspections, snagging activities, and project handover processes
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
* Senior Site Engineer candidates should have 8 to 10 years of building construction experience
* Site Engineer candidates should have 5 to 7 years of building construction experience
* Proven experience working on UAE building construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination practices
* Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills
* Ability to manage daily site supervision responsibilities effectively
