Key Responsibilities
* Support the bank’s enterprise PMO operating model across portfolio, programme, and project levels.
* Maintain governance discipline for initiatives across retail banking, corporate banking, operations, technology, risk, compliance, finance, and support functions.
* Ensure projects and programmes follow approved PMO standards, methodologies, reporting structures, and delivery controls.
* Prepare portfolio dashboards, steering committee packs, management reports, RAID logs, delivery updates, and executive summaries.
* Track scope, schedule, budget, milestones, dependencies, benefits, risks, issues, decisions, approvals, and change requests.
* Support consolidated portfolio visibility, strategic alignment, prioritization, capacity tracking, dependency management, and audit transparency.
* Coordinate programme-level governance for grouped initiatives delivering strategic, regulatory, operational, or technology outcomes.
* Monitor project execution against approved plans and ensure reporting remains consistent, accurate, and decision-ready.
* Support transparency for initiatives linked to regulatory remediation, supervisory observations, audit findings, and management attestations.
* Maintain traceability of governance decisions, approvals, changes, and delivery evidence for audit and regulatory review.
* Assist with periodic and ad-hoc reporting for senior management, governance forums, regulatory updates, and internal control reviews.
* Coordinate with business, technology, risk, compliance, finance, operations, vendors, and project teams to collect accurate delivery information.
* Identify delivery risks, dependency conflicts, reporting gaps, and data quality issues, then escalate them through the correct governance channels.
* Support Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models while maintaining consistent PMO documentation and control standards.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* Experience in enterprise PMO, project governance, portfolio reporting, programme coordination, or banking project controls.
* UAE bank or regulated financial services experience is strongly preferred.
* Good understanding of PMO operating models across portfolio, programme, and project levels.
* Familiarity with UAE banking regulatory expectations, audit transparency, delivery governance, risk appetite, and operational resilience practices.
* Ability to maintain accurate dashboards, project plans, RAID logs, steering packs, dependency trackers, and executive reporting material.
* Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
* PMP, Prince2, Agile, PMO, or similar certification will be an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Professional communication skills for working with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
