Position Responsibilities
* Manage monthly MIS reporting, portfolio data extraction, and performance dashboards
* Design, execute, and refine collection strategies across retail banking products
* Allocate capacity and targets across collections teams; monitor and support incentive pay-out
* Conduct segmentation analysis for risk-based portfolio handling and strategy optimization
* Track NPA (non-performing assets) accounts and follow up with teams for resolution
* Coordinate with internal departments like Portfolio Management, CAD, Finance, and IT for data reconciliation and process alignment
* Lead automation of manual collection processes to enhance operational accuracy and reduce time
* Provide UAT support for new system launches or upgrades in collection systems
* Manage collection systems data (Alchemy), ensuring timely extraction and accuracy
* Develop executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership decision-making
* Handle agency management, monitoring collector performance and process adherence
* Drive insights and improvements through data analytics, access tools, and SQL-based reporting
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance, Business, or IT-related fields preferred)
* 2–10 years of relevant experience in retail banking, collections, or credit analytics
* Strong knowledge of banking products, credit cycle, and NPA recovery processes
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders and management
* Proven ability to automate manual processes and enhance reporting efficiency
* Analytical mindset with experience in capacity planning, incentive frameworks, and strategic dashboards
