It drives visibility across the portfolio, supports executive decision-making, and ensures that investments, resources, and outcomes are optimized across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Govern and oversee the full project portfolio ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives
* Lead portfolio governance processes including reporting, committees, and executive-level presentations
* Monitor portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
* Define dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and transparency
* Drive benefits realization tracking and ensure value delivery post project implementation
* Lead annual demand planning and prioritize initiatives based on strategic value
* Manage resource planning to ensure optimal allocation across projects
* Collaborate with business, technology, and control teams to align execution plans
* Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance across delivery teams
* Support program managers in resolving escalations and managing interdependencies
* Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory expectations
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Management, or related field
* MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred
* 15+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or banking technology environments
* Minimum 5 years managing large-scale programs or enterprise portfolios
* Strong experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing decision-making
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex project environments
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks preferred
