Role Context
This role is responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide change governance, maintaining operational resilience, and strengthening risk-managed delivery within the bank’s technology landscape. It plays a central role in aligning ServiceNow Change Management processes with ITIL standards while supporting global teams and ensuring consistent governance across regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Own governance of the ServiceNow Change Management module, ensuring alignment with ITIL and internal control frameworks
* Lead change evaluation activities including risk assessment, impact analysis, and approval workflows
* Act as the central expert for all change management processes and ServiceNow-related queries
* Drive enhancements including workflow automation, reporting improvements, and system optimization
* Lead User Acceptance Testing and validate release readiness before production deployment
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify gaps and improve future change outcomes
* Work closely with development, architecture, and business teams to ensure requirements are delivered accurately
* Participate in Agile delivery cycles, embedding change controls and risk considerations into development
* Support governance consistency across international operations and regional frameworks
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and audit requirements
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
* Around 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Change Management, or IT Governance
* Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially Change Management modules
* Background in banking or financial services environments with strict governance standards
* Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise-level process ownership
* Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional collaboration
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
