Role Context
This position is responsible for building and managing high-value private banking relationships across offshore and onshore markets while increasing assets under management and expanding FAB’s market share. The selected professional will provide personalized banking, fiduciary, and portfolio management solutions while maintaining exceptional service standards and strong compliance discipline.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, High Net Worth Individuals, and family offices
* Develop new private banking business across regional and international offshore and onshore markets
* Achieve superior sales revenues, assets under management growth, and increased wallet share across assigned portfolios
* Deliver personalized private banking services and full investment solutions tailored to client financial goals
* Identify target markets and implement strategic business development and annual marketing plans
* Generate new business through referrals, professional networks, internal introductions, and strategic client relationships
* Promote private banking solutions across banking, fiduciary services, trusts, foundations, and portfolio management
* Offer investment advisory, discretionary portfolio management, execution-only solutions, and alternative investment products
* Cross-sell investment banking, asset management, treasury, and group banking services across FAB divisions
* Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and convert strategic relationships into referral channels
* Assess financial needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives to create suitable wealth management strategies
* Conduct full due diligence including KYC, AML, OFAC, and PEP screening in line with international private banking standards
* Monitor client portfolios regularly for diversification, leverage, lending exposures, maturities, and reporting obligations
* Manage client servicing at the highest level with 24-7 availability and continuous relationship engagement
* Support office administration and coordinate with middle office, back office, risk, and operations teams when required
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Strong experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management with UHNW and HNW clients
* Deep understanding of offshore and onshore private banking structures and international booking centres
* Strong expertise in investment advisory, fiduciary services, trusts, foundations, and wealth protection solutions
* Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, OFAC, and PEP due diligence standards for private banking
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and high-level client management skills
* Strong commercial awareness with proven success in AUM growth and new business generation
