Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Establish and maintain portfolio, program, and project-level governance and reporting for decision-making
- Manage financial oversight, risk, resource allocation, compliance, and change control for portfolios
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement to drive project success
- Engage with program and delivery leads to prioritize Change the Bank initiatives and resource coordination
- Provide analytical insights, management reporting, and performance tracking for governance decisions
- Prepare project closure reports and lessons learned documentation
- Implement Agile and Hybrid methodologies for project execution and transformation programs
- Govern large-scale transformation programs while ensuring adherence to PMO standards
Reporting & MIS:
- Support automation of reporting and budget tracking
- Develop and manage project reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
- Monitor project budgets, analyze variance, and track financial performance
- Provide KPI analysis and cost-benefit evaluations
Financial Management:
- Track project budgets, monitor spending, and prepare financial forecasts
- Oversee cost allocation, capitalization, and depreciation in line with banking standards
- Ensure accurate financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for project portfolios
Governance & Standards:
- Implement governance frameworks, tracking, and monitoring to align with PMO guidelines
- Manage change control processes, including scope, cost, and schedule governance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendor partners
- Identify, manage, and resolve project lifecycle challenges and risks
- Participate in automation of PMO processes to enhance efficiency
- Provide strategic insights to optimize project execution and operational efficiencies
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / PMO Lead in the financial services sector
- Expertise in Agile and Hybrid project methodologies for system implementation
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and technology partnerships
- Knowledge of financial project accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks with strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project (MPP)
