What You’ll Do
* Conduct quality assurance checks on complaint handling, correspondence, and case resolution
* Analyze complaints to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Assess the accuracy of decisions made by complaint handling teams and evaluate resolution quality
* Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements
* Develop systems and processes to manage and analyze data efficiently
* Research methods to improve data usage for decision-making
* Prepare and present MIS reports and
findings to stakeholders

* Experience in call center operations and customer experience management
* Strong Excel and reporting skills for data analysis and presentation
