Key Responsibilities

* Review financial statements, lease agreements, and zoning documentation for due diligence
* Assess investment risks and propose mitigation strategies to optimize returns
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investment teams

Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
* CA or MBA from a recognized institution preferred

* Strong command of financial modeling, equity analysis, and investment valuation techniques

* Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills
