Receptionist and Administer Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
Support the admin, HR, PRO and finance with administrative work
Welcome and assist visitors, answer and screen telephone calls, organize meetings and schedule appointments
Coordinate with PRO in renewals of license, office, insurance, certification etc.
Maintain up-to-date employee leave records and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment completing preventive maintenance

Qualifications:
Open to all candidates
Females, 24 to 35 years old
At least 1 year experience in handling office responsibilities, customer service, or any related field
Must have excellent time management, knowledge on basic accounting and prioritization skills
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
