The role involves coordinating risk assessments, monitoring remediation progress, developing dashboards, and supporting policy training rollouts in line with governance and oversight requirements.

What You’ll Do
* Coordinate risk assessments across business lines to evaluate compliance gaps
* Track, monitor, and report on corrective actions using dashboards and centralized trackers
* Develop and maintain compliance MIS and KRI dashboards for senior management and regulators
* Support the rollout of compliance training modules and track completion across the organization
* Maintain a centralized PMO tracker to monitor progress of remediation activities
* Validate corrective actions to ensure alignment with oversight and governance standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline
* 4–7 years of experience in compliance, governance, or oversight roles within banking or financial services
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
* Experience in compliance reporting, dashboards, and management information systems
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet strict timelines
