The ideal candidate must have exceptional experience of portfolio management and will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Establishing & building client relationships across key accounts, maintaining exceptional client service level and sustainable revenue stream for the company.
- Producing business reviews and liaising with clients to build annual plans and identify opportunities.
- Creating and implementing processes and improvements related to client relationship, customer care
- Building forecasts of, but not limited to, number of orders and revenue for the client portfolio
- Being the point of contact to resolve issues for the clients regarding logistics, sales, systems, etc.
Required skills & experience
- Excellent command over English & Arabic language both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of account management experience in a fast paced company with proven record
