Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of large corporate banking accounts.
* Build strong relationships with corporate clients through regular engagement, structured follow-up, and high-quality service delivery.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities across corporate banking products and client needs.
* Maintain client satisfaction while ensuring portfolio credit quality remains within acceptable bank standards.
* Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals, resolve client requirements, and complete submissions within tight timelines.
* Work closely with product, credit, risk, compliance, operations, and service teams to support smooth transaction execution.
* Manage local and international client outreach, including meetings across different time zones when required.
* Supervise subordinate day-to-day activities and client interactions to ensure team objectives are consistently achieved.
* Improve service quality levels by monitoring client issues, response times, and internal process efficiency.
* Prepare and support client proposals, credit submissions, relationship reviews, and portfolio updates.
* Track revenue targets, client activity, pipeline opportunities, and portfolio performance.
* Ensure all client files, documents, KYC requirements, and compliance records are maintained accurately.
* Escalate key issues where needed and follow through until closure.
* Support internal process improvements that help reduce turnaround time and improve client experience.
* Maintain strong collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders to achieve business and service goals.
Ideal Profile
* Experience in corporate banking, relationship management, large account management, or institutional client coverage.
* Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit processes, client servicing, and portfolio management.
* Ability to manage large corporate clients while balancing revenue growth, service quality, and credit discipline.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for local and international client engagement.
* Comfortable working with tight deadlines, approval processes, and meetings across different time zones.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with credit, risk, compliance, product, operations, and senior management teams.
* Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify growth opportunities within assigned client portfolios.
