Role Context
This position is responsible for strengthening high-value client relationships, increasing wallet share, and ensuring strong portfolio profitability across business banking services. The selected professional will manage customer acquisition, credit analysis, and service delivery while maintaining strong compliance, risk management, and customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new-to-bank high-value clients and strengthen existing high-value customer relationships
* Increase liability books, market share, and revenue through structured relationship management strategies
* Build strong engagement with clients to understand financial needs and improve banking services
* Cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
* Structure pricing of Global Markets and Cash Management products based on customer requirements
* Maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert financial guidance and timely product information
* Source new business opportunities and follow up on qualified leads across assigned market segments
* Coordinate client visits with GTB and GM partners and promote relevant banking solutions
* Identify and forward cross-selling opportunities to other departments across the bank
* Prepare Credit Applications, analyze financial statements, and support approvals for new and existing clients
* Monitor KYC updates, portfolio risks, and early warning signs of unsatisfactory account conduct
* Ensure compliance with internal banking policies, AML controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
* Monitor FX and Trade revenue reports and ensure effective utilization of approved limits to maximize profitability
* Coordinate with customer service teams and operations units to maintain strong service standards and operational efficiency
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
* Strong experience in business banking, corporate relationship management, or commercial portfolio management
* Strong understanding of liability growth, Trade Finance, FX products, and customer portfolio development
* Experience preparing credit applications and analyzing financial statements for lending decisions
* Good understanding of compliance controls, KYC standards, AML monitoring, and credit risk exposure
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
* Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales and portfolio growth targets
