* Monitor utilization of approved limits and optimize portfolio performance

* Maintain regular client interaction through meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
* Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory policies and internal procedures

* Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
* Solid experience in SME or commercial banking environment
* Strong exposure to credit analysis, lending, and portfolio handling
* Understanding of UAE SME market dynamics and regulatory requirements
* Confident communicator with ability to influence and negotiate
* Self-driven with ability to manage targets and client expectations
