Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Relationship Officer for its Business Banking division in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities

* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue KPIs for business banking products
* Drive New-to-Bank acquisition and expand existing client base
* Conduct customer site visits, analyze cases, and document complete customer profiles
* Ensure all onboarding complies with KYC, audit, and risk control standards
* Maintain daily sales reports and communicate progress with team leaders and managers
* Promote cross-selling across various FAB banking solutions to maximize revenue per client
* Resolve client issues promptly and transparently without mis-selling
* Maintain deep understanding of FAB products, policies, and market positioning
* Actively participate in sales training, personal development, and L&D programs
* Identify process improvements and provide product feedback to management
* Ensure high standards of governance, risk management, and internal compliance protocols

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in banking, sales, or financial services
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Experience in commercial banking or SME segments is a plus
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of compliance, risk controls, and banking documentation
* Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and work in a competitive environment
