Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned banking products and revenue objectives.
* Focus on New to Bank customer acquisition while also developing opportunities within the existing client base.
* Promote FAB products through responsible sales conversations, customer needs analysis, and market outreach.
* Conduct proper case analysis after field visits and provide complete customer information for review and processing.
* Support a smooth client onboarding journey by maintaining strong knowledge of products, policies, documentation, and internal procedures.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities across other business divisions of the bank to increase customer value and revenue.
* Maintain daily sales reports and share accurate performance updates with the team leader and manager.
* Deliver excellent customer service through transparent communication, quality onboarding, and timely support.
* Avoid mis-selling by ensuring all products and services are offered according to customer requirements and regulatory expectations.
* Understand customer concerns, resolve service issues where possible, and escalate complaints or redresses for timely closure.
* Participate actively in assigned learning, development, and sales training programs.
* Monitor competitor offerings and suggest practical improvements to products, processes, or customer experience.
* Follow FAB sales, compliance, audit, fraud control, KYC documentation, client application, and onboarding processes.
* Apply risk control assessment requirements to minimize operational, compliance, and franchise risk.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to discuss cases and secure required support for quality customer acquisition.

Ideal Profile

* University degree is required, with MBA, PGDM, sales diploma, or professional sales certification preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related sales environment.
* Real estate banking experience is required.
* Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills suited to banking sales and client acquisition.
* Good understanding of banking products, customer onboarding, KYC requirements, compliance processes, and sales governance.
* Ability to identify customer needs and match them with suitable FAB products without mis-selling.
* Commercial mindset with consistent focus on customer service, revenue growth, and quality acquisition.
* Comfortable working with sales KPIs, daily reporting, field visits, and performance reviews.
