Position Overview
The Sales Executive role at First Abu Dhabi Bank in Abu Dhabi is responsible for driving new business acquisition, growing revenues, and delivering a high-quality client onboarding experience while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets in line with assigned KPIs
* Drive new to bank acquisition while leveraging and expanding existing client relationships
* Conduct field visits, analyze customer needs, and submit complete and accurate case information
* Cross-sell relevant banking products to increase revenue per customer
* Maintain daily sales performance reports for review by team leaders and managers
* Deliver a transparent and high-quality client onboarding experience
* Ensure no mis-selling by aligning products and services with customer requirements
* Resolve or escalate customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
* Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, policies, and processes
* Ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance, and internal control requirements
* Participate actively in learning, development, and training programs
* Monitor market and competitor offerings and provide improvement suggestions to management
