The role requires strong coordination between technical and functional teams, ensuring accurate implementation, system effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
* Act as the key liaison between technical and functional teams for sanctions system updates
* Conduct effectiveness reviews and scenario testing to ensure compliance accuracy
* Maintain detailed change logs documenting all system modifications
* Develop sanctions-related dashboards and metrics for management reporting
* Plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements
* Monitor post-deployment system performance and recommend fine-tuning adjustments
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
* 4–7 years of experience in sanctions systems, compliance technology, or banking platforms
* Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance processes and system configurations
* Hands-on experience in UAT planning, testing, and system performance monitoring
* Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
* Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
