We are hiring a Senior Associate - Treasury Finance for our client in Dubai. This role focuses on daily profit and loss reporting, month-end MIS, and financial review processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong IFRS understanding, advanced Excel capabilities, and hands-on experience with treasury products and financial data analysis. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a dynamic banking environment in Dubai.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare daily P&L reports for various proprietary and treasury sales desks
* Perform monthly P&L reporting by desk and product category
* Source and validate investment product valuations monthly
* Compile and deliver monthly analytics and financial review packs for TCM
* Support management reporting and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS
* Analyze large financial datasets to produce actionable insights
* Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness
* Assist in preparing MIS summaries for senior finance stakeholders
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAI, ICAEW) preferred
* 4 to 7 years of experience in treasury finance, MIS, or financial reporting
* Strong understanding of IFRS and treasury product valuation
* Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience in a banking environment is highly desirable
