Role Context
This role partners with wholesale banking and control functions to drive business management initiatives, including strategy development, performance tracking, and digital transformation. It plays a key role in enhancing operational readiness, improving customer experience, and supporting long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute strategy and business development initiatives
* Drive business performance through balanced scorecards and structured KPI tracking frameworks
* Lead cross-functional initiatives by working with credit, risk, compliance, operations, IT, and customer experience teams
* Use data analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
* Simplify end-to-end customer journeys and support digital transformation initiatives
* Lead communication and alignment across wholesale banking teams for strategic initiatives
* Support change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of transformation programs
* Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline
* 12+ years of experience in financial services, business strategy, or transformation roles
* Minimum 8 years of experience within banking, preferably wholesale banking
* Strong understanding of business management, strategy execution, and analytics
* Experience managing complex projects and transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple levels
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments
