Role Context

This position is responsible for managing strategic client portfolios within the Family Groups and Conglomerates segment while strengthening long-term commercial relationships and improving banking service delivery. The selected professional will lead portfolio growth, revenue performance, and internal coordination while ensuring strong credit quality and timely business execution across complex banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow large account portfolios within the Family Groups and Conglomerates segment
* Build strong long-term relationships with high-value corporate clients and decision-makers
* Drive revenue growth through strategic portfolio expansion and cross-selling of banking solutions
* Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring strong service quality and timely response to customer requirements
* Supervise day-to-day activities of junior team members and guide client interactions for service excellence
* Coordinate internally across product teams, credit, operations, compliance, and senior management for faster approvals
* Ensure credit quality and portfolio health through proactive monitoring and timely risk management actions
* Prepare and review business proposals, credit submissions, and relationship strategies for approvals
* Manage local and international client outreach including meetings across multiple time zones and urgent business requests
* Drive internal processes efficiently to ensure approvals and execution are completed within tight timelines

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* Strong experience in corporate banking, relationship management, and portfolio management within large commercial segments
* Proven expertise managing Family Groups, conglomerates, or high-value corporate client portfolios
* Strong understanding of credit quality management, lending structures, and corporate financing solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* High ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and complex internal coordination requirements
* Strong leadership skills with ability to guide junior team members and manage client expectations effectively
