Role Context
This position is responsible for originating new business opportunities, deepening strategic client relationships, and maintaining strong portfolio quality across the PCG segment. The selected professional will work closely with internal stakeholders, product partners, and international banking teams to deliver value-driven financial solutions and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow large account portfolios and sensitive client relationships within the PCG segment
* Conduct financial analysis across clients, industries, and geographies to identify risks and business opportunities
* Onboard new clients and ensure strong relationship development from the initial engagement stage
* Originate new business opportunities across banking products in line with internal policies and business strategy
* Coordinate with credit, product, and governance stakeholders to structure and close business deals efficiently
* Prepare term sheets, information memorandums, mandate letters, and other transaction documentation
* Review and resolve credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions with relevant teams
* Maintain strong credit quality and portfolio performance in line with bank management standards
* Pitch, negotiate, and conclude deals while maximizing profitability and relationship depth
* Prepare and maintain account plans with support from product, international banking, and asset management partners
* Organize senior-level client meetings to deepen relationships and improve wallet share
* Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase returns across multiple banking products and business units
* Ensure KYC, AML, compliance reviews, audit readiness, and portfolio documentation are maintained accurately
* Drive day-to-day client servicing, transactional follow-up, and portfolio reporting with high service quality standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related discipline
* MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
* Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate banking and or investment banking
* Deep knowledge of corporate and investment banking products and market structures
* Strong understanding of FAB product offerings and broader business strategy
* Strong financial analysis, credit analysis, and deal structuring capability
* Strong relationship management skills with senior internal and external stakeholders
* Good data analysis, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capability
* Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities effectively
